Couldn't ask for a better experience from first contact to final hand shake. I set out looking for a roofer that was local & competent. Not a storm chaser here today and gone tomorrow. Jon was local, had long experience, and I picked him for no other reason as I didn't know anyone in the roofing business. He guided me through the complications of having State Farm come out to begin with. We all met and they went on the roof together. Then he helped with all the complications of an initial small insurance payment then after the job a major insurance payment. He guided me through the process of picking a good Class IV wind and hail rated shingle that state farm would give me a future insurance discount. He then completed paperwork to turn into state farm to get that discount. Everything... literally everything he handled for me with state farm. His crew was amazing and super hard workers. They did a great job. They thought it would take 1.5 days but they arrived at the crack of dawn and left at dusk finished. And toward the end the found a rotted piece of deck. Would have been tempting at the end of the day to not say anything and shingle over it. They didn't. They took the time to replace that wood. They even cleaned out the gutters! Not only was it a great job, but I feel like if I have any future issues with this roof Jon and JPG Roofing will be there 10 years from now. And local to Leander, TX. I totally recommend him! And I now have a new issue with a different home that I used to live in and now rent out. It got hammered by the May 28 hail storm that hit Leander. So looks like Jon will take care of my second roofing job, again along with all the state farm jumping through hoops. So yes, if you need a roof and you are in the Leander area, then Jon is the guy... JPG Roofing!

I was given a very thorough inspection. I was NOT oversold on what needed to be done. The estimate of repairs was fairly priced. The work exceed expectation. The materials used were of higher quality than the original construction. And are made to last. I will use them again when needed.

JPG Roofing just completed two roofs on rental property we own in Austin. The work was very professional and looks great. Jon Garcia, the owner, was wonderful Ito work with and extremely professional n helping us work with our insurance company. Jon insisted that the insurance inspector return for additional inspections after he noticed that the insurance inspector had not actually gone on the roof of one of the two story properties! He took care of all the paperwork that had to be submitted to the insurance company, started the jobs immediately, and completed the work quickly. In addition, he kept us informed regarding the work as it progressed by sending us photos. He was extremely honest in reporting any unanticipated repairs and tried to get us the best possible price on quality materials. We live in San Antonio and could not have completed this process without his assistance. He was way more professional, efficient, and economical than our insurance company!! We highly recommend this company and Jon Garcia.

REALLY GREAT company to work with. Jon and his crew take the utmost care with all that they do and keep you informed throughout the project. I specifically had my roof replaced. I would recommend these peeps to EVERYONE...and, already have.
